Wrote: (02-28-2021, 03:33 Wrote: Hi, I've just bought Waves Tune to use in mixbus32c and I have a message in the the top of the VST window saying 'link can not be established with Rewire please check your settings'. I have a few other waves plug ins and they work fine. I have Cakewalk as well so will try your advice and see if it works . Do I have to save the processing in Waves or is it that mix bus does need rewire to work? If anyone could offer some guidance it would be much appreciated.ĭo not be upset too much! Edit the track with WavesTune in any other DAW (I do in LogicPro X), export the corrected file (32 bit) to Mixbus and forget about this problem. Thanks, Funnily enough I just watched someone doing a tutorial in logic and they had the same message showing and seemed to not be an issue, not sure that rewire is necessary in all daws.I've done some editing with it and it works on the track however after just getting in into the swing of using it, I saved and closed the project and none of the processing seems to be saved. or s it the case I need to purchase the vst separately? I did a bit of reading and cant establish weather it's meant to be installed with the waves VST automatically and if that is the case why is Mixbus not finding it?
Is anyone else using this in Mixbus and had a similar problem? I'm new to the world of auto tuning software.
